Founded AV Consultants, Inc. (“AVC”) in 1982 and developed it into a leading commercial insurance consulting, risk management and brokerage firm. Formed Consolidated Risk Services, Inc. (“CRS”) in 1992 and developed it into a leader in the area of alternative risk program management for workers compensation and other casualty line programs. Formed AV International, Inc. (“AVI”) in 1998 as a holding company for AVC and CRS and as a vehicle to manage and direct the future expansion of his insurance services enterprise. Mr. Duggin founded AVI West Coast, Inc. in 2000 to facilitate the expansion of AVI into California and other West Coast states. Mr. Duggin is the majority stockholder and Chairman of the Board of AVI, LLC.
Director of AmeriChoice Corporation, the parent company of HMOs located in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey, specializing in managed care programs for Medicaid and Medicare programs. Mr. Duggin has provided consulting support to AmeriChoice and has served on its board of directors since its inception in 1989.
Founder of Comprehensive Benefits Services Company, Inc. (CBSC) that was acquired by a national firm, EBP, Inc. in 1986.
