Mr. Collins has over 16 years experience managing operations in Healthcare, Property & Casualty and other insurance related products. Mr. Collins is responsible for managing operational activities and new business development for AV International and expanding their wholesale division, RLJ Insurance Services. He was responsible for National Health Plan Operations and managing all new business expansions at AmeriChoice, the Medicaid division of UnitedHealth Group. Mr. Collins started the Property and Casualty practice at Perot Systems and was instrumental expanding Perot’s reach into the Healthcare software and support arena. He held various positions at State Farm Insurance as well as managing his own claim outsourcing and consulting business.
