RUSSELL R. NAYLOR

Russell Naylor is the founder of the Elite Companies. Prior to founding Elite, Mr. Naylor held leadership roles in the insurance industry beginning in the group benefits business in the early 1960's with The Travelers and, in the 1970's, started the first Third Party Administration (TPA) firm in the Philadelphia area, which he sold in 1986. He then formed Elite Brokerage Services, Inc.
The Elite Companies provide the following services: benefits brokerage and administration, HR consulting, integrated payroll, voluntary benefits and property & casualty. Also offering a full array of Stop Loss products to assess risks and all medical components.
With over 1,000 aggregate client relationships, Elite continues to maintain the small business service philosophy that has led to the Company's ongoing growth and success.
Russell currently serves on various company boards and is Chairman of the Elite Companies Charitable Foundation.
